Frontman / Guitarist

I eventually picked up a guitar aged 12 and within 6 months I started Twister. I set my goals fairly low at first, wanting to play a few songs with my friends, play a gig, write some of my own material - to now where I set my sights on the very top of the music industry.

I got the job as "Singer" because no one else would do it. I couldn't sing a note. My musical roots are playing with my Grandad's 50s Rock 'N' Roll and Skiffle band then on to punk and classic rock and then singer/songwriter acoustic music. When I'm writing I often take influences from all of these to come up with some of our material. I'm very lucky as I have had excellent support over the years from my family which has brought us even closer together and we have met so many other amazing people along the way.

Guitar & Backing Vocals

I started playing guitar around 13 years old and joined my first gigging band when i was 15. I was influenced by a wide variety of styles from Funk to Rock to EDM.

I first saw Twister in 2009 and followed them ever since - even supporting them in my former band.

It was always an ambition of mine to join Twister, and here I am.

I have been playing bass guitar for the last 5 years (after playing guitar for many years before then) and have been playing around the north-east music scene for many years. My influences range From classic rock bands such as AC/DC to more recent bands such as You Me At Six and Lawson.

Drums & Backing Vocals

I've been playing drums since i was 7 years old, started my first proper gigging band when i was 16.

I try and take influence from as many genres as i can, and i love anything from country to metal.

I first heard about Twister because of their gig with Bumblefoot at the O2 Academy. A week later I was auditioning to be the drummer. It's been quite a wild ride!
